HOW WE WORK
Our values show up in everyday interactions - in how we communicate, how we pace things, and how we stay involved when situations become complex or change over time.
We slow things down when needed and give people space to understand, ask questions, and revisit decisions without pressure.
We adjust how we communicate to suit each person, recognising that phone calls, emails, and meetings don’t work the same for everyone.
We don’t disappear once something is set up. Ongoing involvement and regular check-ins are part of how we work.
We’re comfortable working with complex situations, psychosocial disability, and changing needs, without rushing to simplify or move on.
HHWSS looks for people who value consistency, communicate thoughtfully, and are willing to stay present when work becomes complex rather than stepping away.
Share a few details with us and we’ll contact you to talk through your situation and next steps.
